1. Data controller
The data controller for personal data described in this policy is:
2. What this website collects
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.
Personal data reaches us only in these ways:
- When you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of request) for security and to operate the service.
The company page embeds a Google Maps view. When that page is displayed, your browser loads content from Google, which may process your IP address under its own privacy policy. See the Cookies page.
3. Why we process it and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry and correspond with you: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
- To keep this website secure and available: our legitimate interest in operating it (Article 6(1)(f)).
4. Who receives it
- Google (Google Workspace and Google Maps), which processes email and map data on our behalf or under its own policies.
- Our website hosting provider, which keeps server logs.
- Professional advisers, where needed to deal with a legal matter.
Where a provider processes data outside the EU or EEA, it does so under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
5. How long we keep it
- Email correspondence: for as long as the conversation or the business relationship is active, and then for up to five years where Danish bookkeeping or legal obligations require it.
- Server logs: kept by the hosting provider for a limited period, typically no more than a few months.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. Write to privacy@tokenforce.finance. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, www.datatilsynet.dk.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the most recent revision.
